I'm a PhD in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a faculty member at the Universidad de las Hespérides, where I serve as deputy director of the Centro Ruth Richardson. I write for El Mundo and collaborate with the Instituto Juan de Mariana.

Santiago Calvo portrait

I'm a PhD in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, where I also earned a master's degree in International and EU Taxation. Faculty member at the Universidad de las Hespérides in the area of Public Economics and Quantitative Methods, and deputy director of the Centro Ruth Richardson.

I'm an accredited external expert of the European Parliamentary Research Service (EPRS), the research service of the European Parliament, and I regularly collaborate with the Instituto Juan de Mariana and other think tanks.
